Hard to rate anything, Daniel came was close to stated time of arrival. However he stated that it was the wrong part and he could not fix it. I believe this problem is because you ask me what the problem was is stead of sending a technician in the first place to determine the problem Now I will have to spend another day waiting to get my machine repaired.
