Reliable and Responsive
I called Sears Home Services when our refrigerator shut off, and we also needed a stove burner replaced. Sears sent notifications of service approval, scheduled date, and that the technician is on the way. Chris was a consummate professional in how quickly and efficiently he handled my repairs. Payment was handled by a phone call to me where I paid the bill using my credit card. Chris provided me with a complete explanation of everything in a most friendly manner. My experience with Sears Home Services was very positive and I absolutely would call them in the future should the need arise.

daniel did an outstanding job when he arrived. quickly confirmed the dryer problem, had a new belt in his truck & repaired the dryer. too bad the scheduling doesn't work as well. in fact the scheduling on its own is unsatisfactory but technicians like daniel tend to make the consumer overlook the poor scheduling.
