Very nice and polite
Overall it was good except for the fact that the parts were here Monday. We call and we're told that someone would be out Tuesday however no one showed up. We waited all day for nothing.

Quick and great service
We arrived at our second home late at night to find our refrigerator not working. I called A&E Factory Service/Sears first thing the next morning and Pete was at my house by 3 PM that same afternoon. He was not only early, but knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. Don't hesitate to call them… they will take GREAT care of you!
