Outstanding Service
Highest praises for technician Jamal! He arrived on time maintaining good communications. He was very professional, pleasant and respectful of me and my home. He even took his shoes off at one of point to avoid tracking rain water onto our tile floors after retrieving equipment from his van. He asked me several times after fixing my refrigerator if I had any questions at all and said that he was very happy to have met me and my wife. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
