Although I did not like booking an appointment through AI, my technician showed up on time, and Emmanuel was very professional, friendly, and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the ice maker and all the components and you always wonder who will come out for the call but Sears is lucky to have him! I have used Sears for about 30 years and It’s nice that the company is still around.

He was polit, on time, efficient and knowledgeable. This was a much better experience than in December when the tech failed to keep my appointment and I was not notified until I called in and then he also missed the rescheduled appointment the next day. So I had to wait 5 weeks for this appointment.
