Super repair person
Richard was coming out to pull the board and send it out for repair. He asked me if he could look at the dryer and try and fix it. He certainly did and he did a great job if the board had gone out for repair I would still be waiting more weeks, he deserves an extra special credit for his work. Why did Sears not send him out weeks ago?

He is very knowledgeable and patient he was able to answer several questions I had regarding the unit. He is very organized, methodical and clean. I appreciated that he was very respectful and didn't leave a mess after he left.

Service Tech is great. Support system is Lousy
First Shawn P the tech is talented, informative, and a hero. The systems which support him are terrible. It is next to impossible to talk to a human being. Half of my hour was trying to deal with the automated telephone tree. The second half, once I reached a human, was equally unsatisfactory. Of the four humans I was transferred to, none knew of a Certificate of Insurance (which most Condominiums require). So if your tech showed up without a COI in place he would not be allowed into the building where I live. Fortunately I had his phone number and he quickly gave me the link to the outfit that deals with COI's. I had an updated COI in minutes. Thanks totally to Shawn P. I would subscribe to your service agreement if your support system wasn't so awful.
