Although there had been a glitch and someone showing up for the appointment. When the technician did show up he did a good diagnostic analysis and I would give him five stars.

Andre was extremely professional. Knew exactly what was wrong with my microwave when he arrived for my 2nd appointment 30 days later. Unfortunately the representative that came prior misdiagnosed my problem with my microwave which resulted in me waiting over 30 days for parts to show up. Anytime I have anything done with my appliances I will request to have Andre come to my home.
