Blocked closet door from previous repair

Shawn came very prepared with parts. Unfortunately due to company policy if you don't have a serial number you can't fix it! I have other companies who have worked on this unit. I had sent a picture of the model number.I just bought this place 2 years ago, this was the refrigerator that was in the unit that the builder put in. Sears if that is your policy you should tell the client. I wasted two days and now the new service man can't come out until Monday. A week without a refrigerator!! my husband has expensive medications that need to be on ice!!

unhappy disappointed
the tech showed up and seemed like he was not wanting to do the work. we had an AC problem on a unit that was fixed a month ago and this was a follow up because the unit failed again. the tech said he call dispatch and said he could not work on our work order because the house was larger than 5,000 sf. we have had several repiars through Sear Home Services and no tech has ever mentioned this issue. I asked him to leave as he was not wanting to do his job. not good service nor attitude.
