The service from Sears technician.
The technician was very professional and nice. He did an excellent work. Otherwise, I think the punctuality is an issue that needs to be improved. I made the appointments between 8 and 12, in the morning, and both times, the technician arrived after 1:00 pm. The first time was after 2:00 pm. I think the service department should be more careful with the cases they asigne to the technician, in order to follow the schedule.

Don was very professional and courteous during his time working on our AC unit. He had a second person who arrived shortly after he did to assist in diagnosing the problem. The short of it was that our unit is almost or is older than twenty years old, and we should look into replacing it. He did replace a part and said that it should help the cooling, but to definitely look into a new one. Efficient techs, both he and the assistant. Thank you!
