Disregard for our Safety
Unfortunately, the third-party technician who was dispatched to our home displayed a level of unprofessionalism that has left us both dissatisfied and concerned about the accuracy of his assessment. The technician spent only 15 minutes at our home, during which he merely glanced at the computer of the oven without using any diagnostic tools or methods to help us address that it was turning on by itself, a significant safety hazard. His conclusion, that the issue was due to a supposed infestation, was made without any proof, alternate theories, or testing. He made no attempt to address or fix the malfunction.

Roger very nice but said he did not fix the problem
tech concluded the problem was the water pressure caused about 1 year ago when we had another filter placed under my sink installed. he replaced the parts ordered but said that would not repair the problem. i asked if the problem was caused 1 year ago, why did we not have a problem until 2 weeks ago. the answer, he does not know. it seems that his diagnosis makes no sense. miles moss

Terrible company!!!
Your technician went and did a bad job because 3 horas layer the microwave was broken again. The next technician you sent told me Stefan had connected 2 wires to make it work but he said he didn't do a good job. He ordered some pieces that have been sitting in the apartment for 5 days. You sent me several messages rescheduling the appointment. So I'm asking you, how would you rate your service??? You guys are the worst ever

Disappointed
Don't understand, you all shipped the new refrigerator door to my house via UPS, which I had to store in my living room. then came and swapped out the defective door with new door, now here is what I don't understand the repair person's put the old door in the box that the new one came in and left it in my living room, then told my wife that they don't dispose the old piece. Why is it now my responsibility to dispose of the old piece please remember that this a complete refrigerator door not a piece that you can just put in the garbage can. I am really disappointed with the service department.
