Dishwasher Leak
Johnnie found problem quickly after a couple of minutes. Unfortunately problem involved a auxiliary motor gasket and would cost to repair what a new dishwasher sells new.

What title?
Although tecnitian fixed the issue at hand I think that for the money I paid a better job could have been done. The compactor now has noises that were not there before. Shame

Richard said he couldn't do anything unless he saw problem it in process. He disagreed with previous tech (David C). Said parts wouldn't solve problem. He took back parts. He asked me to explain problem but continued to interrupt me. He had no history of the previous service calls. He said he cannot make any repairs. Not a good experience for me.

Not a good first impression
I received a phone call from the technician getting me his ETA. He said "I'm just letting you know, we don't go out and do service calls just to replace water filters and refrigerators.." I was taken aback. The only reason I requested him to come out is because I had a took last week who did some regular maintenance on the refrigerator that was not broken and all of a sudden the light came on when that guy left last week. I was not merely calling a technician to change a water filter. And that was not a good way to start a conversation this morning. I would not have even needed someone to come out this morning if the tech from last week had not created an issue with whatever he did.

AC unit
Nice man. He Could not explain why my AC was blowing hot air sometimes. Did not have the proper equipment to check the temperature that my AC was blowing inside. Didn't tell the reading of my capacitor. I was researching that it could be why my AC stops blowing cold air. I need another repair technician to came by my place and reassure me that I won't spend another night with hot air Please. Thank you.

Very Disappointed Customer
My technician is not the problem. It's the way this repair has been handled. This has been going on for over 5 months. They keep ordering parts and they come in incorrect colors. My refrigeration is stainless steel and they are trying to send a white dispenser. This has a ridiculous as if the unit is suppose to look like Frankenstein. I have no ice or water coming through the door. The ice maker is broken. I am demanding this situation be resolved ASAP before I escalated to other sources and other measures. This is out of control and unacceptable.

Wrong diagnosis & charge for service not done
The technician went to fix the dryer & said it was only a burned wire & head... on the bill he charged 50 for cleaning & maintenance that he did not do at all. He stayed for about 15 minutes... left w/machine wroking on the short cycle... then it stopped again... Had to call to ask for another visit without being charged for the visit... time on the phone explaining etc besides the fact the technician was not experienced enough to know it was the termostat.... was not happy at all with the experience... at the end you do not know if you were charged the correct parts or visits etc. I think I am done w sears for this type of service
