Not helpful!
Not able to resolve the problem or have other options fir repair except to purchase a new machine. The communication with Sears is very poor, they have long wait times and have no other means to communicate.

Horrible Experience
We initially had a tech out from Sears (through American Home Shield) and he was great. He got the repair for our freezer approved by AHS and ordered the parts. Once the parts came, we got a tech who was completely worthless. I could tell from the moment he walked in that he didn't want to do the work. He made it a point to call AHS and tell them it's a stand alone freezer, which is a COMPLETE lie. It's clearly a side-by-side. He then said they couldn't do the work, AFTER IT WAS ALREADY APPROVED. This tech is worthless and should immediately be fired. He literally slithered out of our house after he took the parts that were ordered. I would NEVER allow him back in our house. He's a liar and he's lazy.

Didn't spend the needed time
Hector was very cordial but did not wait to see the leak. It started leaking as soon as it left. Told me to reschedule and he would come out with a helper to I stack. That was not the truth. He did not come out. I have to wait for someone else Very very disappointed

Not repaired correctly
This has been fixed several times In last 6 months. It's a lemon and Sears refuses to replace

Still not working
He has been out twice and the fridge is still not working properly. 15 days and almost $600 later. Nice guy but two misdiagnosis and still no fridge.
