My washer is broken again
After washing 6 loads my washer is malfunctioning again. It is not spinning, flashing final spin.

Terrible service
Will never use again. I spent half of the cost of my washer on getting the lock fixed. I was basically insulted by the tech and the day of the appointment, no call no show, after payment as well. Washer just turned 1year and as I need a washer and have several dogs, I'm told not to overthink it when I expressed my concern about how long it would take. I missed work on the no show visit without an apology or explanation. Tech was aloof and rude and has no regard for the customer. Customer service when calling is also lacking when it comes to satisfying customers needs. More worried about selling something else instead of fixing the problem already paid for. I'm sure I could have used any other company and be happy and spent less!

I was charged too much for a cleaning
The machine is it even working properly and now is not drying again

rude, disrespectful, yelled at my 87 year old mother...OMG
All he wanted to do was listen to "himself". I My other has operated this dryer for over 2 years, she knows how hot it gets ... it is over heating to a dangerous level. This service tech would no shut up and listen to her, she is the AHS customer". She stopped the dryer during it cycle to remove some of the delicate clothes. He questioned that and told my mother she was wrong... What does that have to do with it over heating. This dryer needs to be replaced! This same guy has been at the house 4 times and it is till not fixed.

Refrigerator Not Working
We waited 2 days for appointment. Technician arrived and said everything was working fine as far as temperature however the refrigerator was not cold and everything in the freezer was thawed. He said I know you're having a problem but he had no idea what it was. He vacuumed the condenser, and said that should do it. He also checked the fans and said to give it 24 hours. We did and nothing has changed. It is not working. We are very dissatisfied and will not use your company again. We called warranty service today but they cannot do anything over the weekend. We must call back next week and wait for another appointment .

The worst experience
He wasn't thorough. He just assumed. He didn't even bother to check the washer and dryer. He only ran the washer and said he didn't find an issue.
