Part came in broken but Kenny took parts from both to fix the machine. He did a good job but I don't think I should be paying for the whole item when he used parts from1/2 the old machine.

water leak
Mr. Conrad was polite, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to schedule overload. Arrived almost 2 hours late. As we waited around all day from, 8:00am. It made for a very long day. Cleaning up the water, and the following mess that was created by the water. Was stressful and exhausting for us seniors. It would have been so nice, if the techs are equipped with a wet-vac. for such jobs. Perhaps Sears can look into doing just that

Removed things from the cupboard space to do the repairs, but did not put them back. I had to get a ladder to do it and I am 72. His communication skills need improvement. I had to ask what the problem was.
