Repair finally done
Dennis was the first technician to deal with our washing machine repair and discovered that parts were needed. The parts took over a month to arrive and not at the same time. We had other technicians as well before Dennis came when all parts arrived. The constant feedback from Sears via text or bot chats was frustrating as it never offered the crucial information about when parts or technician would arrive even though the emails and text said this information would be provided. No human was available to talk with unless one clicked through multiple steps and then it was a polite call center employee who read from a script only tangentially related to the needed information. I would rate the repair system as a 1, but when all the parts arrived and Dennis came with a helper, the repair was completed quickly, and Dennis gave quite helpful information for operation and maintenance going forward.
