David was very knowledgeable regarding what needed repaired. He quickly ordered the parts and explained the rescheduling procedure. When he returned to complete the repair he was very through. He noticed glass in the dishwasher drain and removed that before it became a problem. David is a real professional. Knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. I enjoyed having him as my service technician.
