Tech was great, however dispatch and customer service is horrible. I have called numerous of times and gotten transferred to the retention department to update the address since they have the wrong one and they still had him going to the wrong address. I had to call to tell them to have the tech call me to make sure he goes to the correct address. Also, trying to reach a live person is ridiculous. Do better on that end please. The techs are great!
