I we not at home when he arrived I waited all day they kept changing the arrival time for the service every few minutes!! I finally had to leave to go to bank. My son was left to let him in. My concerns where not truly addressed!! He said my appliance is working as it should But I have questions. So I feel I can't give proper feedback!!!

Horrible Unprofessional technician
This technician came to my home two times deemed my stove microwave and dishwasher inoperable. He out in a claim on microwave and dishwasher. He refused to put in a claim for replacement for my stove my home is filling with gas nothing on the stove works. The person left the claim report unfinished so another tech could not be dispatched to finish his job. Greg is unprofessional and should be reprimanded he jumped in his van and sped off without closing my claim and without helping me with a dangerous problem I'm my home. The stove he advised me last year was in operable the fridge as well by another tech. Sears please send professional to my home and replace these broken hazardous appliances in my home I can be reached 917 5576910. I called Sears home warranty spoke to supervisor Bell she cannot help me until this Greg finish his report.
