I SELDOM MEET PEOPLE OF SUCH HIGH STANDARDS ANY MORE.
HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE SAW AND EXACTLY HOW EXPENSIVE THE REPAIR WOULD BE. HE WAS HONEST THAT THE REPAIR WOULDN'T LAST SO LONG. AND HE EXPLAINED THE SEARS REPAIR PROGRAM BETTER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO, I BOUGHT IT.

Eric was very polite and courteous when he arrived and was very tolerant of our big dog. He performed his repairs in a timely manner and showed us the fuse that was the problem. I would highly recommend Eric for any future repairs.
