The technician showed up on time. There was ample warning about when he was coming so we could prepare. He did a good job of fixing the cooktop. He was quick. Very happy with overall experience.

Excellent service by Edward C.! We had an issue with our old Kenmore dryer (we had been using it for 10 years) and the technician fixed it in less than hour. No extra charge, just the diagnostic fees. He even gave us tips on why our clothes didn't dry out in our new GE dryer (I would not recommend GE dryer.) It was quick and easy to book the appointment online. I would recommend Sears services and Edward C. As the technician.
