Washing malfunction needed new water pump Last week another technician came in diagnosed the situation ordered a water pump that was delayed in being delivered for the follow repair date on 9/26/23 repair date. There's was no email correspondence sent sent to me from my original repair request I was never ever able to speak with anyone for a follow up repair both phone numbers I was using kept sending me to the website which I attempted to use without any success All in all my customer experience even though it was delayed was good The technician that installed the water pump today was excellent Thank You everyone for your assistance with me now being able to wash my clothes
