Great Job
Robinson was on time, courteous, professional and knowdlegeabe. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and proceeded tp replace the compressor. The bridge is now working quite well. Please let him know I appreciated his efforts.

Work completions
The technician was great! However the length of time to wait to get the fridge fix was too long, even though, I received the parts 1 1/2 weeks ago. I called customer Services on 9/21/24 to send a technician sooner but no one reached out to me on 9/23/24.

Michael was great, Sears was not
Mike was great, but keeping me informed of his arrival was less than stellar. I was unable to reach a live person who could have told me that his van had broken down and he was unavailable on the 25th, which was when I was scheduled. Then I wouldn't have waited around all day.
