We were very happy with the service call. To start we were able to schedule this on very short notice. Daniel was able to repair our snow thrower but also was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and provided us with some tips both preventative in the future and for ease of use. We would highly recommend Daniel and Sears Home Services.

After waiting from 10 AM, our service call was cancelled at 4:42 with no explanation or apology and no attempt to reschedule. The service people we had seen during this time were fine, (the 5 stars) but the system was frustrating not being able to reach a live person.
