This was an absolute nightmare. I already had a diagonistic for which I paid the $129, so why the person in your office thought I needed another diagnostic so I could be charged another $129 is beyond me. Then, trying to contact a LIVE person was impossible. Your automated system blocks anything beyond what someone decided was important. So now, I'm left with a refrigerator that doesn't work and all I've gotten from Sears is the run-around. The person in your office said Sears had to contact LG to activate the compressor warranty. Today your service tech said I had to contact LG. Obviously, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. So, to anyone needing a new refrigerator, DO NOT buy LG. For anyone needing service on an LG refrigerator DO NOT contact Sears.

Technician was amazing; but they re-scheduled or canceled 4 times. It took 3 months to get our oven fixed. I’ll never use them again

My appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday, but SEARS updated the appointment on Monday as completed even though no one came to my house. We’ve been trying to get our dishwasher fully repaired since November. The wrong door panel was ordered. I can’t talk to a person at Sears. This customer service experience has been disappointing, frustrating, and time consuming. I will not recommend Sears Home Services to anyone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give less stars, I would. Was out here on the 11th to service my air conditioner. Which at the time, was still working partially. Was notified that day that it would be 14 days until he could get parts and be back to make the repairs. Since that visit my ac has been short cycling and shutting off within seconds of trying to turn it on, and their "technician" showed up to day without any parts, explaining what he needed to leave to get parts for. He then left, without making any repairs and canceled the job because "it was something they could not repair". Would not recommend even in the slightest

Tech apparently knocked once on screen door, did not use Ring doorbell. Neither I nor the dogs heard the quiet knock, I happened to notice him walking away on the Ring Cam and ran out to catch him but he took off so fast I didn’t even see his truck leave.

My wife moved a flight so that she could be present for the appointment. She was home all day and never had the doorbell rung, never heard a knock. The family dog never went off. Technician charged $200 and said that we were unable to be reached. He signed the acceptance form for me! Absolutely absurd.

Technician never showed up. My window was from 8 am-12. Never got a notice from them. Stayed home all day for no reason. Been without a clothes washer for a month this is the third appointment scheduled and they keep telling me my parts to fix it are on back order. No human contact all automated system. I wouldn’t even give this company a star in the review but in order to post I have to.
