Samsung refrigerator ice maker replacement
Rolla did a good job with the replacement, but he left the wet towel he borrowed laying on the floor in front of the fridge. It would have been nice if he would have taken the old part with him. Another thing that would be great is if there was a better time frame for arrival other than between 9am and 5pm. Surely scheduling can be done a little better than that. Otherwise, service was great.

Expected more than I received
Not all the parts were put back on my washer after the parts were replaced. They were left on the counter.. The washer was not pushed back into place either to ensure my laundry room door would close. All trash was left behind and not even put in the trash can that was 2 feet away. While this gentleman was nice, he could have made sure the area was cleaned up, parts replaced and the equipment back where he found it. For as much as I pay for this warranty I am being to feel like the customer service is going away just like the stores did! Disappointed is a vast understatement to say the least.

Home warranty service call
The technician was friendly but his diagnostics are questionable. Upon having a second company(Lion home servicing) come out to do a cleaning as recommended by the tech on the same day. The new company found that a motor on the blower is not working correctly and recommended replacement furnace unit instead of just throwing a bandaid on it and replacing just the blower part on top of any cleaning. I am not confident in what was recommended by the Sears tech to remedy the issue.

Fridge repair
Very rude, unexpected appointment just showed up at the house! Spilled ice on floor asked to pick ice up before it started to melt by my son, would not recommend very rude manners, would not want him back to my house!! Very disappointed with his attitude towards my son

Johnny was fine
Dealing with A&E / Sears was a nightmare. Contacting A&E to schedule service is literally impossible. I wasted 8 hours of my life just trying to ask that they not schedule us for 1 specific date. After being hung up on 20+ using the automated phone system (trying every option available), having the system not recognize or order number and hanging up on me. Filling out the contact form and writing a lengthy email in the form (only to have it error when i submit it) and even calling American Home Shield to contact A&E (all to ask to not schedule for one specific day. Guess what they did? Yep. Scheduled us for that day. Plus they expected us to know if all the parts arrived before sending Johnny back out. ONLY ONE PROBLEM. I was never told what parts were ordered so how on earth would i know if everything arrived. All I knew is that I received 3 packages over a 3 week period. So I said yes, of course everything. By the way you may be thinking how did he have all these interaction with A&E if it was impossible to speak to someone at A&E... Well i had to call American Home Shield and have them contact A&E on my behalf so all my interactions were through AHS. I will never do business with A&E / Sears again. I feel bad for Johnny as he really wasn't the problem. Fix your system. Give real options to speak with real people. Provide more information to your customers. Work better with AHS and actually listen to the requests / needs of your customers if you want to stay in business. It was absolutely excruciating dealing with A&E / Sears. I regret every second of it.
