Paul did a great job! The rest of my experience with the warranty would be a 0 out of 5. Not being able to speak with an actual person was extremely frustrating!

Paul was helpful and a good advisor. I give him an A. The rest of our experience with A&E was absolutely horrible. No accountability, no communication, scheduling & rescheduling without my consent or agreement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hard to fully represent my feelings about the service we got without using profanity.
