Really Sears????
Kory's service was fine. Sears you have the worst telephone experience I have ever encountered. EVERYTiME I call to make an appointment to have my cooler serviced, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to make a simple appointment. I dread it every time !

When we heave dieciochesco instructions at the time of scheduling , for the technician to come, they are not passed on to. If we do not gave internet service it us imposible to comunícate with you. Please allow text messages and calls to be able to communicate with a human been not a robot. Very poor in terms if communications with Sears, becoming very frustrating. Hope you fellows improve that important part of easy communications with the client!
