Booking, getting an estimate, having the parts ordered, receiving them early, Sears moving up our repair date, Dan showing up, quickly repairing the oven, super nice guy - called first to let us know he was on his way. Everything was great!

He was effective in changing the pump out, explained what he did and why there was a temporary smell. He was thoughtful and kind to wear a face mask for me. He ran a sample wash to show me how efficient the pump is now. I appreciated his willingness to explain things when i asked questions. Polite.
