Dryer Repair
Job was well performed on tricky piece of equipment a condensing dryer. The troubling shooting manual did not speak of a condenser not cooling due to the condenser being clogged. And the warning signal to the best of knowledge did not alert. The tech got it right once we used the dryer to dry.

Casey did a fabulous job, the previous tech, Aaron sucked
After 7 weeks of dealing with the defunct Aaron J who never called before coming, never came back for any go back requests, disregarded the fridge was getting worse when he said 'it will all be ok by morning' and outright lied about getting parts overnighted, I was fortunate to get Casey to my house to replace the compressor - and although my fridge is cold, the freezer is still not cooling. I am DONE with this company.

Charles was on time for the appointment. He was very professional and took great care not to scratch our hardwood floors. Once the repairs were completed, Charles tested the oven to make sure it was working. Moving the stove, replacing the parts and putting the stove back took less than 30 minutes. Charles is an excellent repair person.
