NOT HIS FAULT
I'm extremely upset with Kenmore but I believe Aaron is doing his best with a very poor system. I truly resent being expected to give 8 hours to waiting for each appointment...that is ABSURD. For this SINGLE problem, I have now spent 32 hours WAITING! Yes...4 trips and I seem to be the last appointment every time. My last name is PELZER NOT PELZNER!
