Dissatisfied
Not unfriendly just curt and got working. That was fine. Three hours in he thought he was done evidently and something started blowing out the back of the fridge he was replacing a compressor on. Frustrated, I'm sure, he grumbled and went back to work. 30 minutes later, he packed up his tools and left. He said have a good day, but not a word about the fridge. Several hours later now, it's still at 79 degrees and I can't get anyone to respond. Now I'm told I have to contact warranty company and start all over to get someone to come back. I'm not satisfied and I'm very concerned now as to if he knew what he was even doing. Some customer service from him and the company would be nice. It's been a month now , how long will I have to wait this time? The first guy that came out was fine. He knew what he was doing and got the job done. Why can't everyone be trained as he was? Maybe he could teach the other techs…

Charles repaired my Sears refrigerator
He did an excellent job. Very competent. I wish the rest of the Sears Corporation was that good.

Botched Refrigerator repair new
It continues to be extremely frustrating. We have been waiting to have our refrigerator repaired for over 1 month. 2 no shows of confirmed appointments in which we have wasted over 8 hours. Today, Manny was on time and spent over 4.5 hours, only to inform me that he made an irreparable error and that it would be replaced and taken care of in the the next hour. We have had no contact and no number to follow up. Items to include the heavy compressor is left in the middle of our kitchen. Our gas / CO detectors were going off for over an hour and still. I don't know why. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Over 1 month without a working refrigerator for a part that is under warranty is unacceptable and we will pursue avenues to remedy this as well as google reviews and BBB complaints.

Terrible
The technician came out after being hired through my warranty company. He had no idea what he was supposed to be working on and asked me for more information and he said he could not access anybody's notes despite a priorA&E Service being done and that's when the parts were ordered. He did not Test the machine for even one minute before he left, and when I went to run my first dishwasher load within 90 seconds, it was broken with the same error code as before. He put in the part that was previously ordered, but took the other part with him and said it was no longer needed. I called him within 20 minutes of him leaving and he said he could not come back today, but would do his best to call somebody and get back with me. It's the end of the day and of course I never heard from him.

no calls, no show, no fix
First appt was for a wed 8-5. Requested a CALL before, so if I was at my long standing dr appt I could have neighbor come let him in. NO CALL. Text was sent - but I was driving to my appt so did not see it. When I got back home I called & requested a go back. Was assured that Aaron would be back that afternoon. He never showed. Then Friday he texted on the way, but didn't show up for almost an HOUR after texting. When he came I told him I was not happy about Wed no show. As he walked into my house he told my I would have to put my 18 lb shitzu locked in a room. I advised him he is my service dog and he will not be locked up. Aaron then said he had to have his service vest on. I argued with him that it is not mandatory for a service animal to have a vest on (especially in my own house). He then took a picture of my fridge without asking me - my fridge had numerous personal things attached on the fridge that had PERSONAL INFORMATION. He said he could not delete the picture he took. Aaron said I needed a part and will have to come back. He came back a week later (I requested another tech to no avail) and installed a part. Was super cordial that time - but the freezer is still not working. He did not stay long enough to make sure it was going to be okay.
