Washer repair
The tech took care of the issue but he didn't clean up and left dirt on the washer and the carpet.

Technician terrific; Overall Process Flawed
By the time we get done with the final repair, we will be down our refrigerator for 4-5 weeks AND it is only a 7-year-old Kenmore Elite. The process issue starts with Sears effort to make reaching a person to conduct a genuine triage near impossible. God help you if you miss their call. They then load the technician's locker with what they think the part is and the "only one thing at a time" approach to repair begins. Where is the thorough diagnostic to isolate the real issue(s) right from the start. Management has put a process in place that deters the technician from doing much more because they are loaded up with a schedule. Once you have contact with the technicians, they are great; but, the process is not designed to be customer focused. Week 3 and Frustrated!

For This We Pay $800.00+ Annually
Three technicians visited beginning with Dennis a contract tech who misled us as to what was wrong with washer since he got it to drain and left. Then 2nd Technician must have been Ralph who was efficient ordering new timeer and motor for washer which was also showing leaking symptoms. 3rd technician installed new parts which arrived as schedule believe that was Joe P. However machine leaked on test load. Frustration after frustration with Sears and Cinch customer service which is basically a recycle system of run around. Of course this is America where nothing comes easy anymore and most hate their jobs. Sears is not what it used to be which is why they probably folded. I truly doubt that I will renew when our current plan expires and have notified our Credit Card Company to block any attempts that Sears / Cinch might make to automatically bill us for renewal. Parts by Ralph cost close to $800. Sears Cinch should have just issued a check for $400-$500 and said, "Here go buy a brand new machine which would have been much easier." Will begin shopping for new machine tomorrow.

Ridiculous
I would not recommend these people to anyone for home repair services. I just needed a dryer heating element replaced. First visit established that. Second visit, the wrong part was ordered. Third visit part was never ordered. Fourth visit part didnt arrive. Finally got fixed on fifth visit. Whole process took 2 Months!! Never got an apology or a sorry or a call back. Tried calling customer service got transferred and hung up on with barely uttering a sentence. The ineptness and insufficiecy of this company is beyond comprehension. 0 stars.

Appointment?
This is probably more for Sears Home Services, not sure that Michael G is directly responsible. They didn't keep the first two scheduled appointments. I waited all day with no call or communication after getting reminders everyday for a week prior. Four weeks after my initial submission and a week after my last scheduld appointment, Michael G calls to tell me I am next on his list for the day to fix my dryer, though I did not schedule an appointment. After telling him that I was out of town and would not be able to have it fixed that day, he asked "so you don't want it fixed today?". He then hung up on me after me telling him no because I am not even home. Unfortunately, your probably stuck using Sears Home Services like me. Four weeks without a cloths dryer is fantastic, thanks Sears Home Services!

Dryer repair
Put the new motor in. Dryer started making noises that day an hour after he left and just stopped working last night Sept 27 Resubmitting another claim for another technician.
