Casey is an excellent tech who explained everything about the issues we were having with our Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Thorough and Affable
I really appreciated Casey's "Can Do" attitude. With all of his years of experience ever once in a while you run into an unusual one. Ours was that appliance. We were glad for his tenacity because that is what got to issue resolved. It was a simple matter of priming the pump. In this day and age of mother boards and digital switches you still have to appease gravity. You can fix everything else but you still need to take care of the basics Well done Casey!
