Both technicians were great but it shouldn't take 5 weeks to get parts and set appts. 5 weeks without a refrigerator and freezer is 4+ weeks too long.

Our Sears Appliance Service Technician took a personal interest in getting our issue resolved. First he had to ensure we had to correct part on hand, which he did by coordinating with the warehouse. Subsequently he ensured scheduling assigned him for installation of the part so the last step could be completed. Installation, clean up and quality control was all included, very impressive.
