They gave up
After four visits, Sears decided to just tell us they couldn't repair it and ended the whole thing.

It's been a nightmare so far
For over 2 months they try to fix our dishwasher. I think today we had the 5th different technician, and one of them was beyond ridiculous and unfriendly accusing us we put water in it (dishwasher wasn't draining after cycle) after the cycle!!! Wrong parts were ordered delaying the repair and today a technician installed a part (display) and started a cycle letting us know to let it run and left. After the cycle we opened the door and it fell right on the floor, no spring tension to hold it back, and the frame, which covers the replaced capped at least a quarter inch and can't put in.... a nightmare!!!!

Terrible actions by repair person
When the worker arrived at our house, he was as mad as a "hornet" because his boss had assigned him additional calls that he had not expected and things went downhill from there. By the time he was mostly done, my wife was afraid to be around him and we had words. His statement that "he would not return to our house" was rather cute, who in their right mind would want him back!!

Bosch Dishwasher still not fixed
After the fourth time someone has come to look at/work on our dishwasher, the original problem (water not getting hot enough to dry dishes) is still not fixed. Charles (Chuck) on the 1st (Tues) came to look at the unit not pumping water after his last service. He reset the dishwasher and it worked, but after running a couple loads of dishes since, it is apparent the heating unit is still not heating the water to the desired temperature.

Terrible service.
So I have been waiting three weeks for a washer. The part came in same day as the service appointment and the guy said he would come back the next day after the part arrived which he never came back after another week of calling around finally got another appointment for today which be replaced the part but didnt bother to check to see if it works which it does not so now i have to contact the company again to come back out and repair it again which will be now another week minimum to which now i have been going to the laundromat for a month using quarters which is very inconvenient why not check to see if it works before leaving the house? I guess we shall continue the poor service and request another tech to come out and re evaluate the washer.

Update on my repair
James accidentally mixed up appointment times and said he would be here in 30 minutes which evolved into about an hour. He made quick work on replacing my refrigerator fan and set the refrigerator for factory settings. Shortly after he left the refrigerator malfunctioned. I inmed called James. He said he couldn't return and to restart the refrigerator by using the house circuit breaker in the home electrical panel and to call Sears for a new appointment. Since yesterday afternoon we have reset the circuit breaker several times but the refrigerator will not cool to a normal temperature and is currently at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. I called Sears service and they gave a return service call 5 days from now. When I said this is an emergency, I was told that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. This repair service reeks of bureaucracy and uncaring income. Refrigerators should take priority over occasionally used appliances and have same day service. Now I have to begin the process of evaluating and throwing out fresh food.
