Was very nice and helpful
He explained it was our ice maker that the bar was knocked down and since it was not hooked up was trying to make ice. When in the off position he remove the bar so it wouldn't happen again

Austin came out for the service call, pinpointed the problem right away, and had us up and running again in minutes. You can't beat that type of service. And he was available on a Saturday, when we thought we would probably have to be without the appliance for an extended period of time because of the holiday weekend. Thank you, Austin!

Dishwasher repair
After a month and a half waiting to get my dishwasher fixed. Having two technicians that did not fix it and having several no-show appointment technicians it was a breath of fresh air. To see Miguel come to the appointment today. He called as promised, and he even came early. I almost had given up hope with your company. So glad it finally got rectified.
