Technician knows his works and gets it done as it should . No worries at all . But we get what I paid for and it's been 4 times with my washer something like a recall has been campaign. Sucks but it is what it is

Austin did great!! He was so good to clean up every where he worked!! I was glad after so many changes on the date I was to receive service that he actually came!! It wasn't his fault he indicated he hadn't been scheduled!

Claudio was very thorough, pulling out the oven and tried different routes of trouble shooting. He discovered the problem and noted that we need a part ordered. He sent out his notes immediately. If only I could get my home warranty comp[any to respond as quickly as he did😔
