Your tech was very good and nice. My problem is with your scheduling. I was never contacted to make a appointment, but you sent out the tech to my home. Did not know he was coming. This is the second time this has happened. Both times was service for my AC. Also just trying to make a appointment and to understand the people you are talking to is very difficult. I have seriously been thinking about looking into another home service company.

Issac was very professional and explained everything to me. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced thru sears home services. Not to be confused with sears warranty. Watch out. Watch out for that group. They out source the jobs. So you never know who will do the repair.
