Thank you for sending Elijah. He checked everything out and found that everything checked out! I would recommend him to everyone! However, your online services leave a lot to be desired. It was so difficult to find out the information and when I tried to update the contact information I couldn't. Jeez, if my 90 year-old mom had to do it she'd probably die trying.

Tech Alex was very professional & polite.
As of July 2024, our washing machine needed repair. Sears tech out took the machine. When Alex came out he told us when to expect the final answers, to expect information as to when we will receive our new one. No money reimbursed was given back which was a good amount, as stated, since July. I'm not pleased for the long wait ,,,
