Broken washing machine and no parts available
Melvin was great today 11/18/24, it goes way beyond his visit. My washer broke 8/21/24, technician arrived 8/26/24. It was determined parts are no longer available and I was eligible for a replacement per my very expensive warranty agreement. I have called 2-3x/week for over 2.5 months and still no answer as to where my code is for ordering a new washer. Always told to wait a few more days and call back later. This is unacceptable, no access to a supervisor/manager or any reason for this delay. They sent a tech to my house today just to write another report that the washer is broken and no parts are available, a repeat of visit on 8/26/24. Doing my wash at neighbors and dirty laundromat has run its course. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY NEW WASHING MACHINE!

Runaround
Melvin was good but overall rating with SEARS is terrible! If you send a repairman for the AC, the repairman should be able to fix the issue, which was plumbing and part of the unit! The tech wasn't a plumber and referred me to a plumber to take care of the issue! After spending over $200.00 in 3 five minute service calls only to be referred to someone else is ridiculous! Melvin gets 4 stars if that's possible. The rest speaks for itself!

3 visits still not fixed
They've been out 3 times and it still leaks and doesn't close properly.

microwave repair

Samsung Refrigerator
When Tech arrived he was frustrated about trying to find our location because of construction. When he took the back of refrigerator apart he said nothing was wrong with the part. He asked me look at it. (Which I don't know what I was looking for) I had a shipped part ready for him & asked him to replace with new part & he said he wasn't going to replace a working GOOD part for another Good part & wouldn't replace with the new shipped part. He told me to hold onto the part because he was sure we would need it in the future! This was very unprofessional especially after having appointments canceled waiting for parts & he refused to use it! I have had the worst experience with this refrigerator & having to deal with Sears & Samsung to get it fixed from the beginning of ownership! I will never buy another product from Sears!

Maintenance on refrigerator
No more than 5 minutes spend on refrigerator is what Sears considers a maintenance? The previous technician also stating our refrigerator was very clean but he still spend more time on maintenance than Sajjad. Sajjad only blew air where the vent is behind the fridge and He didn't even clean up after himself. WE DID EVERYTHING!!!! FROM MOVING THE REFRIGERATOR TO CLEANING UP!!! IM WONDERING HOW MUCH HE IS BEING PAID FOR ONLY BEING AT MY HOME FOR NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. HE TOOK LONGER ON HIS PHONE! I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE PREVIOUS MAN THAT DID MAINTENANCE ON MY REFRIGERATOR, HE WAS MORE HARDWORKING ,REPRESENTING SEARS IN A QUALITY WAY. HE DID MORE MAINTENANCE INVOLVING ON THE JOB THAN THE 5 MINUTE SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY. I FEEL LIKE TIDAY WAS A WASTE OF TIME! THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT OUR REFRIGERATOR WAS VERY CLEAN,THE SAME THING THE PREVIOUS TECHNICIAN SAID,AND OUR REFRIGERATOR WAS EVEN NEWER THEN. HONESTLY I FEEL THE TECHNICIAN TODAY HAD NO INTEREST IN DOING HIS JOB TODAY.

Little to no knowledge
I'm sure this guy is drunk I'm not sure why he has his daughter with him too I never had a drunk couple try to repair my broken freezer this is horrible
