timely and good communication
Hi Showed up on time and texted / called me before showing up. He did diagnosis quickly and gave me an estimate but didn't give me any time to decide which is not a great customer experience. The main issue is with Sears Home Warranty Contract dept. that doesn't give a clear picture how much it costs etc. with the contract and what discounts customers get. I paid for his visit immediately but when I called Sears Customer Support, they had no clue on how much I have to pay if I get it fixed.

Washer parts repair
Service tech Mike put the refurbished part on the washer. Unfortunately, the washer still does not function properly. Please have him return and try to use this other new part that was received in the mail today….after he left. If this does not work, then I think it's time to replace our Kenmore washer with another new washer equivalent to the one we have. Thank you, Patricia Foster
