Kenmore Dishwasher repair
Tho arrived on time and assessed my problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was a gasket and Sears no longer makes the replacement part. The unit is 15 years old so it's ready for replacement. Disappointing since I'm on Social Secuity and can't replace it. Fortunately, I remember how to was dishes by hand. Smoky Dagan Campbell

Freezer Service Repair
Our Sears service technician Maston was so professional and knowledgeable about diagnosing our service call on our freezer. We were very lucky to have him explain the problem on his first visit. He came back today to put in the part and our freezer /refrigirator are working perfectly . Very very pleased and grateful to him for helping us. Great service.Thank you.
