Tho was here early, asked all the right questions and did his work. Note- due to technician schedules, I never have the same technician twice. They are all good but it would be helpful if -when parts are ordered b one technican and then installed by another, that there be some sort of briefing report between the two technicians so that there is a clear understanding of the work done and the work that needs to be done. Thank you!
