Called me and advised me he was on the way. Arrived promptly. Found the problem, fixed it. And he was working with an apprentice who he carefully took through the analysis. I was impressed. Very nice and helpful gentlemen.

Best HVAC repair we've had
Enrique was the best repairman we've had with our HVAC system. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the best part of using Sears is their ability to tell you when the repairman is arriving and the time window to expect. So much better than "some time between 8 and 5!!!" Great service all around.
