Refer freezer
Usually, it takes 9 to 17 days to get a Sears repairman, and then when they arrive, they haven't got the part. This was an entirely different experience arrived with in a few days. Did the job packed up cleaned up So very unusual to have a Sears person show up with a reasonable amount of time and able to do the job.

John asked on the phone about my problem with the oven. He suspected right away that it was electrical. Sure enough, there was a short in the igniter circuit. He replaced the igniter and everything is working fine.
