Replaced Craft Ice maker
John was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Having a replacement part in his truck prevented him from having to order the part and schedule a second visit. So kudos to the person who stocks the truck with replacement parts. Only complaint was he didn't arrive till after 1PM, about an hour late, but wasn't an issue with me as I was home all day. And he called about 11am to let me know he was running slightly behind.

Refrigerator Repair
Jose was great! He was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. He ordered the parts and returned a few weeks later to fix it. He was very friendly and personable, too.

Bobby Excellent Customer Service and Gets the Job Done
Bobby is excellent regarding customer service and resolving the issue and getting the dryer repaired and back up and working. Excellent on preventive maintenance for both washer and dryer !!! Sears is luck to have such an amazing employee.

Attempted Repair Of Dishwasher
Aaron checked out our non-functioning dishwasher (Fisher& Paykel Dish Drawers) and determined that it could not be repaired, due to severe calcium buildup. He recommended a water softener be installed, before purchasing/installing a new dishwasher.
