Jose was great, on time, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! My only complaint is that it took so long to have him come, six weeks. That is a long time to be without a refrigerator. I don't blame Jose, but rather his employer. One or two weeks maybe, but not six weeks.

Aaron arrived as scheduled was pleasant, professional and knew his trade well. Could not repair washer due to age and limited parts availability. He Notified FAHW and they decided best option was to replace washer.

John did a great job- very personable and efficient. I do absolutely hate your automated system however. You need to be able to talk to a person when there is a problem. It was EXTREMELY frustrating when I tried various numbers without ever connecting with human representative.
