Frig repair
The repairman had no idea what really happened to cause the frigerator quit. My husband unplugged it a beginning if I'm working but there has to be some reason and diverted a good and there was food loss as well and nothing was said about it. Today I was not home I was at work.

Still seeing if my oven will work properly
To be fair to the technician; we will wait and see if the oven's temperature will regulate. He put in a new ignitor switch. The evening of the service, our temperature was 100 degrees off. We will continue to monitor over the next few weeks to see if it gets better. The technician said that we need to calibrate the oven and that we could find instructions in the owner's manual. We looked in the manual and there was nothing about calibration. This is the first that we ever heard about us having to calibrate the oven. The technician also put in a new board to repair our digital clock. So far it is working.

Refrigerator
I tried to call him to come back as he drove away, I left a msg. on his voice mail, & called your office & left msg. He got our refrigerator working, but now something is wrong with the door. It will not close or stay shut. I called AHS again for Jose to come back out. I hope it doesn't take anothet week to get this resolved. My original serv. request to AHS was 9/5/23.

Poor Company Service
For starters the tech parked in the driveway forcing my elderly mother to park on the street and walk to her home. The tech seemed annoyed and rude from the beginning for whatever reason. He was telling me how the first tech didn't know what he was talking about and that the a part ordered wasn't needed. He said that our refrigerator didn't need to be dusted before actually taking a look inside first. We asked the tech that we'd love the inside cleaned as recommended from the previous technician and this tech said he'd do it, but ultimately didn't before packing up and driving off without saying anything about the service. On top of everything we patiently waited over a month without a working refrigerator after being told it would be repaired in about 1-2 weeks originally. Every other company I've ever worked with or worked for always ensured the customer gets a pre and post form of communication, never parks in their driveway and treats the customer with respect. Not sure what his problem was, but we tried to give him space to work, offered him water, and even asked if we could help him bring in some of his equipment for him thinking we could help make his service here a bit easier. Judging by your online reviews this makes sense and I hope no one else has to deal with this going forward.

Wasted, expensive service to (not) replace our oven door
First I should say, John is terrific. He has come out before, and been very helpful. We were told we would get a call so we could help the driver bring the parts needed. We never got a call, in spite of numerous emails and texts to remind us of our apt. I am so disappointed.

It is not fixed
Michael replaced a circuit board and worked on the problem. But the refridgerator will not dispense water and is not making ice. Someone has to look at this.

fixed freezer
nice enough. kept talking about how big the job was that was given to him. didn't want to take the service parts box, but when I asked him to, he reluctantly said okay. left a bug mess with a part under my island. do people clean up after their jobs anymore?

Unhappy and pist
Technician left my dryer detached from dryer vent and I had moisture all over my washroom and bathroom. He did not assemble back to factory condition.

Tech came downstairs and was leaving without telling me what was going on, I asked him if my washer hot fix and he said it's looking happy; my wife went upstairs and tried to wash one load and it didn't spin or did anything; it gathered water and a few minutes later drained it

Terrible experience
Technician has been out four different times and the repair still is not complete and they can definitely learn some customer service skills on how to deal with patient and solve for things that they can do some research and provide a better solution
