Best Technician I've had so far.
Bobby was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my dryer without all the parts that had been ordered be cause he was knowledgeable and took the time to take my dryer apart and find the main culprit unlike the kid who came out a few weeks ago who was cocky & rude and didn't do anything and I asked Sears not to send him back. I'm so blessed Bobby fixed my machine. I will ask for him if needed in the future. Thank you Bobby for making my day.

John was on time, professional, competent and polite. He was tidy when he dissected our oven/microwave built in and his meticulous evaluation detected the problem, which unfortunately sounds non fixable. He put everything back together and left no mess. My only complaint is with American Home Shield Home warrantee company, which took 2 weeks to get a service man (John) to our home. Our microwave broke on Xmas. It should not take that long to get a service man to come. Now we will see how long it takes them to finish the job. Nothing but good things to say about the Sears/John M part though - they get an "A" rating so far!

Way to go Jose
Jose arrived and throughly checked out the appliance —but could find no direct cause for the frosting in the freezer. He removed the ice build up and checked the seals which he found to be in good condition. Thank you
