Mystery Operation solved
Brian K showed up even though he felt he wouldn't be able to find the problem with a new combo stacker unit. As expected several system tests did not reveal the source of the operating racket. Once the front panel of the washer was off it became obvious the contractor's installation team did not remove the transit restraint, an operation that is outlined in red ink on the outside of the shipping carton. Brian's thorough search saved me a ton of time and $$$$$ !

Tech came in worked on the refrigerator and stated that it would work however he never verified that it was working and this is the 3rd time a tech comes in and tells me he got it working for me to find out after a day that it's still not working
